Municipal Codes 

For the months of April and May,the codes officer will be focusing on open storage of refuse, junk, abandoned motor vehicles, and rubbish.  If you know of any areas of concern, please contact Kenny Prater at Town Hall at 635-2363.   

Please remember there is a leash law in Morrison and failure to comply with this law could result in a citation to appear in Morrison’s Municipal court possibly resulting in a $50 a day fine.

Fees For Animal Pickup

As of June 7, 2010 there wil be a $30.00 fee charged to owners of animals that are picked up by the Town of Morrison.

The Board of Mayor and Alderman will pass Ordinance No. 10-05 which is an ordinance amending the Town of Morrison Municipal Code by establishing fees for pickup of animals that are in violation of the town ordinances as codified in Title 10.
