The Morrison Board of Mayor and Aldermen passed Ordninance
09-01 on second and final reading on January 5, 2009.
The Ordinance reads as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Mayor and Adlermen of the Town of Morrison has determined it
is necessary to increase municipal court costs; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the Town of
Morrison as follows:
Section 1. Inserting a lump sum of $82.75 for court costs and $50 fine hereby
amends Ordinance No. 05-06.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon final passage, the public
welfare requiring it.
